• Your email address
• Any information you choose to provide, such as the course you are interested in or your preferred dates for a visit or trial session

We do not collect payment information, such as credit card numbers, through the website. Payments can be made in person at the Workshop, and monthly fees can also be paid automatically through Square, a payment service. When you pay through Square, your card details are collected and managed by Square, and the Company does not hold your card number.

4. How we use your information

We use the information collected only for the following purposes:

• Contacting you about requests to visit, book a trial session or enrol
• Responding to enquiries
• Administrative communications relating to attendance, such as arranging dates and providing updates on material preparation
• Billing monthly fees and managing payments

We do not use your information for other purposes, such as sending bulk promotional emails.

Our enquiry form uses features provided by STUDIO, a website creation service. Information entered in the form reaches the Company via that service's servers.

We use Square, a payment service provided by Square K.K., to bill and collect monthly fees. We provide Square with your name, email address, the amount billed and other information to the extent needed for billing. Square handles this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

After we have finished handling your enquiry or matters relating to your attendance, we retain your personal information for a reasonable period before disposing of it appropriately.
